Riad Rafaele & Spa - Marrakesh

Amazing place with amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a plunge pool. I remember my first stay when the staff helped me with an insect bite. Their kindness made my stays even better. I highly recommend using their hammam for relaxation! I'm coming back for Christmas.

Not a fan of the low water pressure during showers!!! A refrigerator in the room is a must for such a hot climate!!! The cleanliness at the entrance could definitely use some work!!!

Very nice Hospitality in a Beautiful Oasis

The beautiful courtyard with its plunge pool was refreshing after a hot day exploring Marrakech, and my room was spacious with charming Moroccan decor. The staff were pretty good, especially Adil, who provided excellent dining recommendations and helped us navigate the city. One small improvement could be a wider selection on the breakfast menu.

The Riad was a good sanctuary after a day of exploring the Medina. The breakfast on the rooftop was a highlight, offering not just beautiful views but delicious options, like fresh pastries that came out warm. I particularly appreciated the personalized touch, as the staff made arrangements for our early airport transfer and even provided practical advice on navigating the city. The location was perfect for visiting places like Jardin Majorelle and various museums nearby, within easy walking distance.

The staff, especially houssine, went the extra mile to make our romantic getaway lovely with great local tips. The breakfast was fantastic, and our room was super cozy and stylish.

The hidden gem offered a lovely courtyard perfect for relaxation after exploring, and the rooms were well-appointed. The staff were very good, arranged a packed breakfast for an early outing and providing local dining recommendations, spot on. Enjoying freshly baked chocolate muffins at breakfast added a special touch to the mornings.

The riad is a tranquil oasis amidst the bustling Medina, with easy access to the souks and major attractions. Our suite was spacious and super clean, and the rooftop terrace was charming, with a lovely breakfast served fresh each morning. The hospitality was really good.

The only downside was the occasional noise from the nearby streets.

Just wanted to say thanks for the really nice stay for 4 nights at Riad Rafaele & Spa in Marrakesh. the staff were super friendly and really helpful, they even managed the parking nearby for us. the rooms were nice and clean, had AC, and even had tea available plus an extra bed if needed. the location was just perfect, so close to the Medina of Marrakesh - we could easily explore the main attractions, the market, and the square, all within walking distance from the riad.

The staff here were the best - always quick to help out with anything we needed. the location is super convenient and peaceful too. It's right in the middle of everything, so you have lots of restaurants 🍴 and cool spots nearby to check out.

I was upgraded to a nicely furnished, brand-new room with lovely antique furniture.
